The Human Resources Director oversees all of the operations of the Human Resources Department at Opportunity Foundation. This person will work in coordination with the Executive Director and Senior Leadership to meet the personnel needs of the agency. This person
must develop and maintain an understanding of the internal relationships of all programs and services
within the agency.
